Target-owned Shipt sparks worker protest with pay change

Delivery workers with Shipt, Target's grocery delivery app, have been seeing plummeting earnings with the shift to a new pay algorithm. The lack of transparency in how earnings are calculated and reports of reduced earnings even as they work longer hours during the pandemic has led them to protest and demand a return to the earlier commision-based pay model which yeilded a more fair and liveable wage.
