The Uber/Lyft Ballot Initiative Guarantees only $5.64 an Hour

Uber, Lyft and DoorDash have proposed a ballot initiative which, according to them, would pay workers 120% of the minimum wage, about $15. This research peels back the layers, showing how in actuality (taking into account uncompensated waiting time, the health care stipend that would apply to only a small section etc), this would be as low as $5 per hour.
